The 2024 NFL schedule will officially be released on Wednesday, May 15 at 8 p.m. ET. But in the hours and days before then, we should get news about the Detroit Lions’ schedule. The NFL has now made the schedule drop a week-long event, dropping individual games here and there until we reach Wednesday night.

This post will serve as a collection of news and rumors about the Lions’ 2024 schedule, so that you can keep up to date with the latest developments. We’ll have bullet-pointed news with the latest schedule leaks at the top, and at the bottom of the post, we’ll have an updated look at the team’s overall schedule.

It’s worth pointing out what we already know about the schedule. First and foremost, we already know of the Lions’ 17 opponents for the year. Here’s a reminder:

Home: Packers, Bears, Vikings, Rams, Seahawks, Jaguars, Titans, Bills, Buccaneers
Away: Packers, Bears, Vikings, Cardinals, Texans, Colts, 49ers, Cowboys

This is also a good time to remind y’all that there are a ton of unverified rumors that are “leaked” throughout the week. In general, we are going to err on the side of caution when it comes to schedule leaks, and only publish ones that appear to be coming from verified sources. So while you may see a rumor flying around on Twitter, it will only appear on this list if it comes from a source we believe is trustworthy.

With that in mind, here are the Lions 2024 schedule rumors and leaks.
